PANJIM: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Saturday stated that the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan will have a positive impact on the economy and the State government has planned several activities with municipalities and panchayats to make Goa a model State.
“The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan will not only help keep the surroundings clean but will also boost the economy. It also has a good impact on the health,” he said.
and the tourism sector as when tourists find that Goa is a clean place they will come back,” Parrikar said while addressing the gathering of newly-elected BJP affiliated sarpanchas and panchas.
