MARGAO A task force to monitor the work of the new South Goa District hospital will be in place this week.

MARGAO A task force to monitor the work of the new South Goa District hospital will be in place this week.
The decision was taken after it was noticed by the TCP Minister and Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai that there was a lack of coordination as far as the completion of works was concerned. The TCP Minister revealed the task force comprising of himself, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane and the GSIDC MDwould monitoring the work of the hospital. 
“The District Hospital is not possible to be commissioned by March. For that the task force has been formed to oversee the day to day progress of the hospital work” said Vijai. 
He also said there was a lack of coordination and the task force was necessary to restore coordination. 
While the building and civil work is nearing completion he said that a hospital is not about building but about the medical facilities the people get from it.
