MARGAO: Anil Raghmat Patil, resident of Penha de Franca, Bardez, has lodged a complaint with Colva police stating that John D’Costa, Nevidade D’Costa, Sunny Noronha and others from Tourist Taxi Association of Holiday Inn Beach Resort, Cavelossim, with their common intention wrongfully restrained the drivers of five buses while they had gone to collect guests of Sita Travels, Caper Travels and Voyage Calibre Travels from the hotel.
The complaint stated that the accused persons further abused bus drivers and threatened them.

Colva police have registered an offence under section 341, 504, 506 (II) read with 34 IPC and HC Pundalik Gaunkar is investigating.
