VASCO: Following the assault on a BJP supporter on Saturday evening, three Congress supporters have been booked by the police. According to Verna Police, a complaint was lodged by one Bhimsi Uddan, a resident of Birla that at about 5.30 pm on Saturday, that near Welcome Hotel three accused persons including Shivanand Rajvi alias Kitlya, Shekappa Gaudar and one Rajesh (all residents of Birla) with their common intention assaulted the complainant asking why he had not supported the Congress candidate.
