Tino Brother Cuncolim emerged champions of the U-19 8-a-side Rosary Trophy after defeating Ignite XYZ Boys Davorlim 1-0 in the final played at the Layamati football ground on Sunday.
The tournament was organised by Rosary Boys Junior Davorlim.

Both teams displayed an attacking style of football throughout the match, keeping spectators engaged with end-to-end action. Despite several attempts from either side, the first half ended in a goalless draw.
The decisive moment came in the 40th minute of the second half when Warren scored for Tino Brother Cuncolim. His strike proved to be the match-winning goal, helping his side lift the trophy after a hard-fought contest.
Chief guest Sidhesh Baghat presented the prizes in the presence of Danny Fernandes, Mrs. Goriti Gomes, Valentine Dias and other dignitaries along with club officials who attended the final.
Several individual awards were also presented following the match. Warren of Tino Brother Cuncolim was named Man of the Final, while Asher of Tino Brother Cuncolim received the Best Goalkeeper award. Cidroy of Ignite XYZ Boys Davorlim was adjudged the Best Forward of the final.
