PANJIM: The President of All Goa Toddy Tappers’ Association Gaspar Afonso and executive members at their meeting on January 21, at Margao office premises adopted a resolution to unanimously thank the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and the government for including and issuing 27 per cent reservation for OBCs. All Goa toddy tappers community is thankful to the Chief Minister and the government, says a press note issued here.
