Truck driver dies in Sanquelim mishap

VALPOI, MAY 22
A 45-year-old truck driver from Navelim-Sanquelim died on the spot when the truck he was driving skidded off the road and turned turtle at Pissurlem on Saturday.
According to Valpoi police, the incident took place at about 3 pm as Vidhyadhar R Paldoskar was driving the truck in the mining area.
PI Harish Madkaikar conducted the inquest and sent the body for an autopsy at GMC hospital at Bambolim. Investigations are in progress.
