MAPUSA: Bardez Mamlatdar Pravin Gawas on Thursday took stern action against two trucks and their drivers for dumping construction waste by the side of National Highway 66.
Mamlatdar Gawas then called upon Mapusa police and traffic police officials and handed over the trucks to them.

Traffic police PI Abhay Shirvaikar penalised the truck owners with Rs 10,000 fine and also suspended their license for six months and trucks seized.
