Sources stated that one Saurabh Babbar was taken to the hospital by his friend Raymond Dias (20) after meeting with accident in Sanvordem. As he was under the influence of alcohol, he started yelling at the doctors to treat him immediately. The police were called in to control him, but the situation only turned violent as Babbar began to assault them.
The police finally arrested him and Dias, who was also involved in the altercation. Babbar was taken to the police station and back to the hospital for further examinations.
The hospital staff said they were treating Babbar normally when he arrived.
