MAPUSA: Anjuna Police arrested Hendrik Rudolph Ribbius, aged 67 years and Joey Victor Van Eelen, aged 30 years, both Netherland nationals under NDPS Act.
According to the police, during a narcotic raid at T junction, near Tembi ground, Anjuna, the team found the alleged accused Hendrik possessing 21 pinkish color tablets suspected to be narcotic drug Ecstasy weighing 8.2 grams worth Rs 2.1 lakh along with cash Rs 2,500 in a dickey of his scooter.

During the interrogation, the alleged accused Hendrik disclosed that the said narcotic drug was taken by him from the second alleged accused Joey Victor. Accordingly, Joey Victor was placed under arrest.
A case has been registered under Section 21(b) and 29 of NDPS Act. PSI Vilesh Dhurbhatkar is further investigating in the case. The team consisted of PSI Sujay Korgaonkar, HC Santosh Arlekar, PC Shrikrishna Redkar and Siddhesh Naik
