Two injured in Jet Ski collision

A couple from Hyderabad sustained injuries at Calangute Beach in yet another incident of rash water sports activities, while two other Indian tourists were rescued from the sea at Baga.
According to Drishti Special Response Service (DSRS), the Hyderabad couple had gone for a Jet Ski ride at about 6.30 pm, when it was getting dark at Calangute beach.
While they were returning from ride, the operator took a sharp turn and failed to realize that there was another Jet Ski dangerously close and the two water scooters collided with each other.
The operator managed to get them out of the water and a DSRS lifeguard shifted both victims to a hospital in the 108 Ambulance.
In the second incident at Baga Beach, two teenagers from Mumbai were rescued after they were caught in the rough sea.
A Drishti Special Response Service( DSRS) lifeguard Krishna spotted he girl and boy struggling in the sea and rescued them with the help of a rescue tube.
