PORVORIM: Urging the Narendra Modi government to ensure that the recent surgical strikes should not be the last, Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday said Pakistan should be soon converted into “Hindustan”.
Thackeray, on a two-day visit to Goa, praised the Prime Minister for the bold step. The Shiv Sena chief said, “If India wants to declare war against Pakistan, the entire nation will support it provided it is for the country and not for election.”
“This should not be the last but beginning of surgical strikes against Pakistan. India has a capability to strike against Pakistan and they should start first by regaining control over Pakistan occupied Kashmir,” Thackeray said addressing party workers.
“Entire nation is with you (PM). India should go and crush Pakistan. The identity of Pakistan in the world should be known by Hindustan soon,” he said, recalling how the Indian army operation had led to the creation of Bangladesh and calling for such an operation against Pakistan.
