Arvind Kumar Sharma, a 30-year-old contractor originally from Uttar Pradesh and currently residing in Layamati, Davorlim, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the rape of a schoolgirl in Goa.
Sharma was initially apprehended by Fatorda Police before being handed over to Colva Police, who are conducting the primary investigation into the case. Authorities are now probing his role in the incident and gathering additional evidence.
