PANJIM: The Outline Development Plan (ODP) of Vasco town has been kept open for a period of two months for suggestions and comments.
In a notification issued on Thursday, Mormugao Planning and Development Authority (MPDA) Member Secretary Vertika Dagur said that the authority has prepared a draft ODP with alterations cum additions considered necessary to the development plan in operation for Vasco.
She said that the State government and Department of Town and Country Planning have approved the draft plan and proposed to keep it open for public inputs for a 2 months.
The State government has taken up the task of rectifying the existing ODPs of all major towns. Accordingly, the OPDs for Mapusa and Panjim have been kept open for public inspections and suggestions.
