In a major crackdown on illicit activities, the Vasco Police have successfully apprehended a 30-year-old individual identified as Qutubuddin Abbas Ali Ansari, a native of Uttar Pradesh. The arrest follows the discovery of a substantial quantity of illegal substances in his possession.
The suspect was taken into custody after a thorough investigation led authorities to an alleged drug-related operation. Acting on a tip-off, law enforcement officials conducted a targeted operation that resulted in the seizure of approximately 685 grams of Ganja with an estimated street value of Rs 68,500.
The arrest took place in port town, where Qutubuddin Abbas Ali Ansari was found in possession of the illicit substance. The Vasco Police, in collaboration with anti-narcotics units, carried out a meticulously planned operation to ensure the safety of the public and the effective execution of justice.
