This is the second such accident reported at the junction in two days. The incident was reported at around 5 pm, after the driver of a Maruti Omni who was proceeding towards Dabolim airport from Verna lost control of the vehicle and rammed the road divider after which the car turned turtle. Sahu was at the wheel at the time of the accident while Kumar was the passenger.
Vasco resident hurt in accident
VASCO: Anupam Sahu (42), a resident of Shantinagar, Vasco sustained fracture injuries, while Shrawan Kumar (30), miraculously escaped in a self accident reported near MES College junction on Saturday evening.
