MARGAO: Verna Police on Friday registered an unnatural death case following the death of 22-year-old Ditesh Dattaram Pawar a native of Maharashtra who was working as a labourer in Salcete.
However, witnesses to the incident opined that the youngster’s life could have been saved if the 108 emergency services were efficient.
A local doctor who was witness to the scene disclosed that the “Quick Responder” who came on the motorcycle did not have any mask nor was he trained in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation which if given could have saved the youngster’s life.
