NEW DELHI: Delhi Police Headquarter’s Deputy Commissioner of Police K K Vyas has been transferred to Goa in the transfer of 14 IPS officers holding key posts in Delhi. An IPS of 2003 batch of the AGMU cadre, the 55-year-old DIG-rank officer Vyas is MA, M Phil and LLB.
