MARGAO: A water pipeline burst at Tollebandh, Benaulim. Locals alleged that it was in bad shape for quite some time and the PWD preferred to turn a Nelson’s eye to the issue.
The rupture of the 4 mm pipe has also led to low pressure water supply to many places. People have urged the authorities to treat this matter on an urgency basis and to avoid hardship and inconvenience to them. It may be recalled that there have already been a series of complaints about the bad conditions of roads on this stretch.
