The founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced that immediately after landing, he will proceed to the Parliament Street Police Station to formally seek permission for a peaceful demonstration at Jantar Mantar. The protest is centred on concerns surrounding alleged paper leaks and examination-related issues affecting more than one crore students across examinations including NEET, CUET, CBSE, and SSC-GD.

In a significant change of plans, Dipke has called off an earlier appeal asking supporters to gather at the airport. Through social media, he urged students and well-wishers not to crowd the terminal, citing public convenience and the need to avoid security-related disruptions.
Despite uncertainty over formal police permission, CJP coordinators have indicated that they remain committed to pursuing a peaceful and constitutional protest. The movement has also received support from several prominent public figures, including social activist Sonam Wangchuk, actor Prakash Raj, and politician Aaditya Thackeray.
Dipke has publicly acknowledged the possibility of arrest upon his return, stating that he is prepared to place his trust in constitutional processes while continuing to advocate for accountability in the education system.
