PANJIM: Anti Narcotics sleuths on Tuesday arrested a local youth identified as Braz Mascarenhas with 0.5gms LSD liquid worth Rs 36,000. Police informed that the Saligao-resident has been remanded to three days police custody.
“We will interrogate him to find out whom he was supposed to sell the drugs and from where he sourced it,” said an officer.
This is second local arrested for drug trafficking in last three days. Agnel Fernandes, from Palolem was earlier apprehended with 27 gms of amphetamine near Anjuna Church.
Earlier this month, the ANC had arrested a Kashmiri with 500gms of charas.
