At half time, Sea Pearls were leading 2-1.
3 Graduates established an easy control in the initial stages and surged ahead in the fourth minute through Nicolas Fernandes’ rasping left-footer off an assist by Savio Fernandes.
However, Sea Pearls regrouped and equalized in the 10th minute as Schalachi Fernandes finished with a deft placement off an assist by Raymond Fernandes.
Five minutes later, Sea Pearls took the lead as Samson Correia scored off an assist by Schalachi.
Crossing over, 3 Graduates restored parity through Nicolas 2-2.
In the ensuing tie-breaker, 3 Graduates converted through Savio, Mainoo Magumdar, Hayston Velho and Nicolas while for Sea Pearls Schalachi and Samson were on target.
The winners were awarded Rs 50,000 and a trophy while the runners-up had to be content with Rs 30,000 and a trophy.
Individual prizes were awarded to the following: First scorer of the final Nicolas Fernandes, Best defender of the final Mainoo Majumdar, Best forward of the final Nicolas Fernandes (all 3 Graduates), Best goalkeeper of the final Melroy (Sea Pearls), Best player Clencio Pinto, Best goalkeeper Malcom Pereira (both St Anthony Boys Agalli).
MLA of Fatorda Constituency Vijay Sardessai was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in the presence of MLA of Curtorim Constituency Alex Reginald Lourenco, Margao Municipal Council Chairperson Arthur D’Silva, and other dignitaries.
Earlier, Savio Rodrigues welcomed the guests. Agnelo de Borim compered and Luis Gomes proposed the vote of thanks.
