Doors have been opened for the Goan karate instructors to get themselves accredited with Japan Karate Shotokan-India, which is recognised by All-India Karate Do Federation and Asian Karate Federation, World Karate Federation, Indian Olympic Association, Central Sports and Youth Affairs Department, New Delhi.
Japan Karate is represented in India by Sensei S Srinivas.
