Assonora took the lead in the 18th minute through Tushar Dessai off a power-packed shot which the Adarsh keeper failed to collect neatly.
Adarsh fought back and drew level through Haresh in the very next minute. They scored the winning goal through Paulo Joao off a free-kick taken by Trevor Dias.
