RAIA: Arlem Youth Association of Raia, SFX Gonvol of Xeldem and St Sebastian UC of Benaulim registered wins in the Salcete Zone 3rd Division League matches played on Sunday.
At Don Bosco ground, Fatorda, Arlem Youth Association defeated Margao Sports Club 4-1. John Colaco scored a brace while Antonio Golla and Roy Colaco netted a goal each. The only goal for Margao SC was scored by Savio Noronha.
At Chandor ground, SFX Gonvol Xeldem hammered Chandor Sports Club 10-2. Sildon Peixote netted a hat-trick followed by brace each by Leslie Gomes, Dion Peixote and Benson Peixote while Regino Oliveira was the other scorer. Elston Fernandes and Shaw Pereira netted a goal each for Chandor SC.
At Dando ground, Benaulim, St Sebastian UC outplayed St Rock YC of Majorda by 3-1 margin. Keegan Fernandes scored a brace while Joel Fernandes scored the other goal. The only goal for St Rock YC was scored by Rajan Yadav on spot-kick.
