PANJIM: Bardez Taluka Chess Association jointly with Saraswat Vidyalay’s Sridora Caculo College under the auspices of Goa Chess Ad-hoc Committee will be organising All Bardez Taluka Level open rapid chess tournament on July17, from 8.30 am at Anand Giri Hall, Saraswat Vidhyalaya School, Khorlim-Mapusa.
The tournament will be played under swiss league system. Cash prizes worth Rs 10,000 and eleven trophies will be awarded to players.
A resident of Bardez taluka is only eligible to participate in this tournament and should carry his photo identity residential proof during the tournament.
Interested players shoul submit their entries to Chief Arbiter Arvind Mhamal, Avinash Malvankar, Shushant Dhulapkar or Ramchandra Parab
Last date for receiving entries is July 16 till 6 pm.
