AMBELIM: Bardez Veterans defeated Chinchinim Veterans 7-6 via the tie-breaker to move into the final of the Chinchinim Veterans football tournament organized by Chinchinim Veterans at Ambelim Sports Complex, on Wednesday.
Rumald scored 1-0 for Chinichinim Veterans in the 36th minute. Mario doubled the lead in the 45th minute.
Charles reduced the margin for Bardez in the 49th minute and Ambrose levelled 2-2 in the 56th minute.
In the ensuing tie-breaker, Bardez Veterans proved to be the better shooters.
