Beach football semi-finalists
MARGAO (HC) — Young Strikers, Sanvordem, Something Unique, Espanyol, Benaulim, Valankani Boys,Benaulim marched into the semi-finals of beach football organized by Friends Circle ,Benaulim atVaddy Beach, Benaulim on Saturday.
Something Unique defeated New Era Boys 5-4 via the tie-breaker, Espanyol Benaulim beat UB, 40, Colva 1-0. The all-important goal was scored by Pinho Fernandes. Vailankani Boys defeated Holy Cross, Benaulim 3-2 via the tie-breaker. Young Strikers, Benaulim defeated Fun Boys, Benaulim 5-4 via the tie-breaker.
