Betalbatim Sports Club defeated Union of Chichinim Villagers via the tie-breaker in the All-Goa Inter-Village football tournament organised by United Club of Telaulim at Telaulim panchayat ground on Wednesday. They lead 1-0 at the break.
Chichinim’s Noel beat the rival goalkeeper hands down to give his team the lead.
Changing ends, Betalbatim’s Caje managed to shoot on target off a cross from Bonny.
In the tie-breaker, Desmond, Caje, Dickson and Hasfern netted for Betalbatim while Domingos managed to score for Chichinim.
