PANJIM: Dempo SC humbled PYA Divar 22-0 in the GFA U-14 League match, at Pilar Seminary ground, on Thursday.
In a match that saw 10 different scorers, Dwayne Neto opened the scoring for the Dempo before Sheryash Naik who scored six goals, doubled the lead. Tarak Kandolkar, Tukaram Gad and Atmaram Jadhav scored a hat-trick each while Asmon Viegas netted a brace. Clifford Costa, Absolom Soares, Sairon Albuquerque and Richon Oliveria scored a goal each for the winners.
At Candolim ground, Candolim SC defeated St. Anthony’s SC Marna 5-2. Aryan Salunke scored one while Gawyn Santamaria netted twice in the first half for winners. Marna pulled one through Nilesh. Candolim side scored two more through Aryan. Marna pulled another goal back through Hrishikesh Shirodkar.
