Calangute Association registered a 1-0 win over Navelim Sporting club, to enter the quarter-finals of 3rd Colormax Imperial Rolling Trophy soccer tournament, organized by United Club Nerul, and sponsored by Jaysingh L. Rane, Pilerne, at Dr. Gustavo Monteiro stadium, Candolim on Saturday. There was no score at the breather.
Changing over, a curling 30-yard shot by Emmanuel D’Costa dipped into the far corner of the Navelim goal to send the Calangute supporters into raptures.
