NAVELIM: Carmel HSS thumped St Alex, Curtorim HSS 13-0 in the OORJA-CAPFs Youth U-19 girls category to move into the final of the talent hunt tournament 2017, organised by CISF, West Sector, Mumbai, at Rosary ground, Navelim on Saturday.
Karishma Shirvoikar scored a double hat-trick for Carmel HSS.

Pressure piled up on St. Alex keeper but managed to make a few saves.
Carmel HSS continued their domination and scored two more goals through Karishma and Annika Coelho in the 28th and 30th minutes respectively. Karishma scored two more goals in the 31st and 34th minute to make it 5-0 for Carmel while Lifa Gama scored three more goals to add to the tally.
Later, Karishma Shirvoikar scored five more goals, in the 42nd, 50th, 59th, 45th and 56th minutes.
Annika Coelho, Agima Borges and Karen Costa scored a goal each in the 39th, 48th, 41st minutes respectively to hand Curtorim HSS a humiliating 13-0 defeat.
In another match at Nagoa ground, St Xaviers HSS, Mapusa defeated Rosary HSS Navelim 1-0 to move into the final. Flavina Rodrigues scored the match winner for St Xaviers HSS in the 60th minute.
