Penha de Franca took the lead in the 6th minute through Mohammad Nadaf off Pundalik Naik’s assist.
Ribandar equalized in the 11th minute when Shawn Fernandes connected Krishnath Shirodkar’s free-kick past the rival keeper.
On crossing over, Ribandar carried on their onslaught and pumped in two more goals through Saish Kavlekar from a goalmouth melee and Shwyn Fernandes from outside the penalty box.
However Penha de Franca managed to pull their second goal through Raju Padoke, 3-2.
