The students were trained by coach Amogh Namshiker.
The chess tournament was conducted on the last day of the camp and Jayesh top scored with four points. Jayant Gaude, Niranjan Hulmudey, Pranay Gaude and Sagar Koli secured the second to fifth spots respectively.
Sagar Sakordekar (President, Ponda Taluka Chess Association & Bal Kalyan Ashram), Amogh Namshiker (Secretary, Ponda Taluka Chess Association), Co-ordinator Mahesh Khedekar, Nagesh Phadte (Secretary, Bal Kalyan Ashram), Anand Kurtiker (Executive Member, Ponda Taluka Chess Association), Viresh Gaonkar and Spruha Paneri were present during the prize distribution function.
