CHINCHINIM: Chinchinim Veterans eased past Pilar Fathers 4-2 in a friendly match organised by Jesus Calls Ministries of the Society of Pilar at Chinchinim church ground, Chinchinim, recently.
Sanjay Menzes scored a hat-trick while Marcelin Pinto scored the fourth goal for the Chinchinim Veterans. Fr Joe Fernandes and Fr Jerry Vaz scored a goal each for the Pilar Fathers.
Fr Oswald, a Pallotine priest and parish priest of Sarzora was the chief guest and applauded the players for their fair play and football skills.
