SANGUEM: Dempo Juniors will clash with Ghumteshwar Warriors in the finals of the 17th Sanguem T20 all-Goa cricket tournament organised by Sanguem cricketers, at Sanguem Cricket Academy ground, Sanguem.
In the first semi-final, Dempo Juniors defeated Curchorem Gymkhana by 119 runs. Batting first, Dempo Huniors amass 248 for 4 in the allotted 20 overs as Tunish Sawkar hammered 92 runs while Bharat Arkas and Nikhil Naik registered half centuries. In reply, Curchorem Gymkhana were bundled out for 129 runs.
In the second semi-final, Ghumteshwar Warriors easily outwitted Dazzling Mapusa by 65 runs. Ghumteshwar Warriors batting first and scored 178 for 6 in 20 overs. In reply, Dazzling Mapusa were were all out for 113 runs.
