PANJIM: Dempo Sports Club will face Minerva Academy in their final home game of the Second Division I-League at Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, on Sunday, at 4 p.m. Dempo SC top the table with 20 points while Minerva Academy are placed second with 18. With just two points separating the two teams, The Golden Eagles require just a point to get back to the top division I-League while the Chandigarh team require three points from the encounter.
Dempo SC played their last four matches at home and have collected 10 points out of the possible 12. The fans have been amazing throughout the home campaign in their journey and the club hopes to see even more support for their final match.
