Dicarpale were leading 1-0 at half time after a 10th minute goal by Clifton Rebello, who was assisted by Agnelo Colaco.
Subsequently, Dicarpale continued to attack but Agnelo’s grounder hit the side-netting.
Crossing over, Dicarpale managed to double their advantage in the 37th minute through Perryson Rebello, whose long ranger gave no chance to the rival keeper.
However, Cuncolim Union pulled a goal back in the 39th minute through Daulat Dessai’s header and the latter restored parity in the 45th minute with another delightful header from close range.
Dicarpale had the last laugh in the penalty shoot-out.
