Vasco SC, forced to play with a makeshift goalkeeper, struggled to contain FC Goa’s attacking pressure.

Vellington Fernandes orchestrated the second goal just before halftime, threading a precise through ball to Likson, who doubled their lead with a composed finish.

The second half mirrored the first, with FC Goa dictating the tempo. Likson completed his hat-trick five minutes after the restart, tapping in a cross from FC Goa’s number 14 after a driving run down the left flank. He wasn’t done there, adding his fourth goal in the 54th minute, converting a neat pass from number 60 with a clinical finish.

Likson turned provider in the 65th minute, whipping in a cross that was expertly headed home by Lalthangliana, extending their lead to an unassailable 5-0.
