Defending champions FC Goa had an abysmal start to their campaign in the Goa Professional League. The young Gaurs who were a team to defeat last season, is now struggling to find goals. Though there are many who are struggling to find their form, midfielder Nestor Dias has been playing a vital role in keeping their core strong. Against Calangute Association, Nestor used his strong physic to his advantage and continuously sprayed passes to his teammates. Though there were some clear cut chances the strikers should have scored, Nestor graced the occasion in scoring the match-winner in the 86th minute with a powerful strike. Clearly the midfielder is growing with every passing game. He has been giving his 100 per cent and is proving to be another find of the league.
