Adarsh Yuvak Sangh were leading 1-0 in the first half.
Adarsh Yuvak Sangh began the match on an attacking note creating a couple of goal scoring opportunities but their forwards failed to score. Edwin Fernandes, finally put Adarsh ahead scoring in the 25th minute of play beating the rival keeper Devendra with a power-packed shot.
Post resumption, Football Club of Siolim went all out in search of the equaliser and managed to draw level in the 45th minute through Sangam Pednekar.
With scores level 1-1, the winners were decided on penalties. Prahlad Mandrekar, Sangam Pednekar, Rajesh Pomburpekar, Bhalchandra Vernekar, Mayur Toraskar, Aldridge Fernandes and Sandeep Dhargalkar converted for Football Club of Siolim while Edwin Fernandes, Paulo Joao, Domingos Fernandes, Govind Mahale, Haresh Faras and Siddesh Kesarkar were on target for Adarsh Yuvak Sangh.
