SANVORCOTTO-CUNCOLIM: Fr Agnel High School, Pilar downed Marina English High School, Verna 2-0 to emerge champions of the 4th All Goa inter School OLHESA U-15 football tournament organised by Our Lady of Health School Ex Students Association, at Cuncolim village playground, Cuncolim on Sunday.
Delmon Rebello and Topan Minz scored a goal each for Fr Agnel High School. Earlier in the semis, Fr Agnel HS defeated Mount Mary’s HS, Chinchinim 4-0 while Marina English HS scored solitary goal win over Assumpta Convent HS Sarzora.
The winners and runners were awarded cash prizes of Rs. 6,000 and Rs 4,000 besides trophies. Fr Edmund Barretto was the chief guest and distributed the prizes in the presence of Esmeralda Mendes e Fernandes.
