As none of the teams could break the deadlock the tie breaker was applied where Devendra Kauntankar, Denzil Sequeria, Alfred DSouza, Parsuhram Kotkar scored for Vaddem side while Jayesh Chopdekar and Trevor Dias scored for Adarsh YS.
