PANJIM: The students of Ganesh Vidhya Mandir School preformed exceptionally well at the TKAG State Karate Championship 2016 held at Dojo De Goa, Campal, recently.
The following were the medallists in kata and kumite. Gold — Gurudas Nasnodkar and Azaan Sayeid. Silver — Hemant Aeer, Arti Kedashe, Harsha kundale, Azaan Sayeid, Laxmi Rathod, Vithal Bedre.
Bronze — Prashma Polji, Sampriti Salgaonkar, Gurudas Nasnodkar, Pooja Kedase and Vaishnavi Sirsat.
They were trained under instructor Sensei Nehal N. Mandrekar and Senpai Niraj N. Mandrekar.
