Earlier, the organiser Anthony Menezes introduced the chief guest Aldona Constituency MLA Glen Ticlo,
guest of honour Calangute Constituency MLA Michael Lobo, special invitee Gajanand Kerkar, president of Calangute Association and other dignitaries to the match officials and players.
Also present for the final were Alex Miranda, former Dempo Sports Club player; Digamber Haldankar, former Salgaocar player; Marcelino Fernandes, sports secretary Calangute Association; Fabian D’Souza, general secretary, Calangute Association; Delilah Lobo, sarpanch VP Parra and Abelina Menezes, ex-Z.P member Calangute.
The chief guest, guest of honour and special invitees gave away the prizes.
The winners and runners-up were awarded Rs 15,000 and Rs10,000 respectively plus trophies.
Other individual prizes awarded were: Best disciplined team Saunta Vaddo, Best goalkeeper of the final Francis Mascarenhas (Gaura Vaddo), Best defender Domnick Pereira (Maddo Vaddo), Best forward Simao Fernandes (Gaura Vaddo) and Mr Fit 2015 Sebestian Silveira (Tivai Vaddo )
Sudesh Shirodkar compered while Anthony Menezes proposed the vote of thanks.
