Post resumption, hardworking Jaison provided an opportunity for Elvis but the striker slammed the ball wide with only rival goalkeeper Naveen at his mercy.
Young Strikers were persistent in their effort for an equalizer and got a second penalty 10 minutes from the final whistle as Penha the Franca stopper Parshuram Kadanekar handled the ball inside the goal area but substitute striker Rody Chikoto feeble shot was easily collected by diving Naveen.
