Vasco in the GFA’s Second Division League match (Mormugao zone) held on January 16, against Mormugao United Cultural and Sports Club at Chicalim ground, the Goa Football Association has suspended Vaddem SC on Thursday until further notice.
Viewing the assault as a serious offence that puts the game of football into disrepute and threatens the safety of the match officials and prevents them from performing their duties in a fair manner. Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated with show-cause notices being issued to the offending players and officials of Vaddem SC.
