Goa, KSCA Test tied

MAPUSA: Opener Prathamesh Gawas was in fine form as his unbeaten 100 of 250 balls helped Goa to salvage a draw against Karnataka State Cricket Association’s (KSCA) President’s XI on the Fourth and final day of KSCA test cricket match at Alur ground, in Bengaluru, on Tuesday.

Goa resumed their overnight score of 14 without any loss of wickets, needing 400 runs to pull put a sensational victory. But instead, the team captains called off for a draw, soon after Prathamesh secured his century. Goa were 244/4 in 86 overs at that point.
Prathamesh was well supported by his skipper Sagun Kamat’s 85 in a 128 run partnership.
