The event will be held in association with Workhardt Hospitals – official Medical Partner for the event. The session will start with a live interactive yoga session where participants will be made to yoga poses and exercises, which can improve the running style and remove risk of injuries. Participants will be required to come with a yoga mat.
Dr Aditya Sai, consultant sports medicine specialist and joint replacement surgeon at Wockhardt Hospitals will speak on prevention and treatment of sports injuries in fitness enthusiasts.
Norrie Williamson, International Long Distance Running Coach from South Africa will speak on the basics of training for distance running and endurance sports.
