PANJIM: BanquetSPORTS and Goa Rugby have joined hands to officially launch the Goa Rugby grassroots development project.
Part of the deal was to begin with Goa Rugby’s own development and promotional merchandise.
At a special event held on Friday, the official Goa Rugby touch rugby match ball was unveiled, making Goa Touch one of the first bodies with its very own sports products.
The Goa Rugby film 2014 was also screened for the first time. Deputy Mayor Kabir Pinto Makhija was the chief guest and unveiled the proceedings.
Anish Quenim, partner of BanquetSPORTS and President of Goa Rugby also announced that on March 18 they will be making a very important announcement at the all-India Touch Rugby Conference, in Goa.
